Spence should have to defeat a top 10 ranked fighter before getting a title shot. Frankie Gomez is currently ranked #10, is undefeated, and would make a good opponent for Spence, me thinks. What do you think?

Gomez has work to do at 140 before moving up to welter, his last fight was at a 146 catchweight cos that's what Herrera wanted.
But it'd be a great fight for the future, Frankie is one of my favourite talents in boxing but his lack of discipline outside the ring makes it hard for me to really support him, he doesn't care about the sport.
Imo these guys are the best talents at 140 and 147, I would favour Spence because he's quite a bit bigger, but Frankie's ambush style, his speed and suddenness could cause big problems for Spence. Frankie's got the faster hands and feet, if he uses his legs to circle Spence and ambush from angles, he could outpoint The Truth.

no, why should he have to fight someone like that to get a title shot? Plenty of bums get title shots, but these fighters say 'spence has to prove himself'. Spence is ready for a shot, time for one of the top guys to grow a pair of balls and fight him. Sick of people avoiding top quality fightersComment
