    Prime Froch stops GGG imo.

same with dirrell, who could easily get a nod against froch in their '09 fight, his speed and length didn't give golovkin a ton of problems in the amateurs. timing beats length if the fighter knows how to cut off the ring and use angles, which golovkin does. froch would be reduced to trying to win a firefight after he realises that this is not arthur abraham he's trying to outbox.

froch had underrated skills, but he's still not skilled enough to deal with golovkin's offensive polish. he's just too easy to hit, and groves, taylor, kessler, ward, dirrell all proved that.
When has GGG proved hard to hit?

      Your whole argument is void.

Doubt he beats prime Froch but its not impossible. Would pick him to beat Abraham. Would have to think about Kessler some more...

Kessler would beat his ass the worst out of all them. Prime '07 Kessler? Jesus, that would be a bloodbath of proportions. All wrong for GGG.

Kessler had an excellent chin, great jab, solid feet and could punch equally hard with both hands + throw mean combinations that put much bigger men than GGG on their ass for the count.

Plus he could go 12 rounds at a hellacious pace.

Froch would have a tough fight with him because that's what Froch does. However, Froch is probably the toughest man to go in the ring over the last decade and a little guy like GGG would seriously get smashed up by him over 12.

Both of them have bigger and more proven world class fighters on their resumes than GGG has so no not really.

You saying Kessler feasting on C level Danish bums his whole career took the cake though; since if you bothered to check Kessler didn't fight a single Danish opponent in nearly 50 fights.

Froch and Kessler assault him. I'd pick him over Abraham, though I do worry about his leaky defense.

My bad, I don't pay too much attention to most the tin cans Kessler fought. Having more proven world class fighters on their resume means nothing when they lost to most of those world class fighters. His resume also means nothing in potential fight with GGG because Stylistically GGG is different to what he has previously fought, unless you think Froch is somehow the same.
