Maybe Wlad will have to fight Ortiz for the WBA title. I'd like to see that... It's weird that Wlad would call this fight off if the WBA belt wasn't on the line. What fight does he expect all the belts that he lost to be up for? If he wants them all back, he will have to get them back one by one most likely....

This is one of the more contrived bs reasons for a fight to get potentially cancelled. It's really ****ing ridiculous - do the U.K. fans really give a **** about if the ****ty WBA title is up for grabs?

I don't think the WBA will deny this fight, too much money for them to lose.
Ortiz will still have to fight Fres Oquendo and Lucas Browne before he gets a shot at the winner.Comment

And risks losing his ranking in other orgs.. The WBO is already out of reach, he has just WBA to fight and win for against AJ's IBF.. It makes perfect sense when you have a few fights left in your career and you did not get a chance to win your titles back in the first place..Comment
