If you got a chance to train with a top trainer for a year

Could you compete as a pro fighter?

I'd give it a shot 100%. I've been an amateur for a while so I have the fundamentals down and know how to work the pads, spar with different intensities, etc and would just try to pick up as much as I could from him and get exposed to as much high level boxing and sparring as I could, and work on my conditioning even more over the course of the year, and essentially do the same I do now - rely on my speed and ring IQ to survive and hope I've learned some good tricks along the way over the year to make things interesting.

I would choose Roger Mayweather or Floyd Sr.

Eh, low-level pro. But, only because I've been training for a bit. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't ever have the stamina to go against high level guys for more than a few rounds.

I'd kill to have been able to train with Manny Steward. Would love a cerebral trainer like Hunter too. I've never found anyone that could really dissect technique the way I want them to.

At 45, doubtful but say I was 25 and I had Manny Steward. I think I could have atleast went .500 against regional county fair type opposition. By my 40th or 50th fight I would be ****ing out the Butterbeans of the world.

Steward's fighters were useless on the inside.

                  Worthless in close.

Why, so he can tell you that you're fighting like you're scared?

Now Uncle Roger...if he were in good health, that's who I'd pick. I firmly believe that man could have made the next TBE.
