How come no mention of the low blow that hurt Flores before the first knockdown? BJ still might have lost, but it's a different fight if he gets time to recover.
Bellew is trolling for a big money fight. If he does get it with Haye at HW, I don't think it would last long but it might be exciting while it lasted.
Haye is a legitimate HW and Bellew's best weight was prolly 175.

It took a 9-0 guy to fight someone who Bellew should have been fighting kind of says it all doesn't it?
Simon Vallily should have been the one fighting BJ Flores there was a clear mismatching con show going on with this card at the weekend because there is just no god damn way should a guy who has only fought 9 times be fighting a ranked top 3 cruiserweight in the world!
It's neither Simon or Breidis fault either, Breidis just wanted to fight Bellew but Bellew would rather get soft touches easy defenses and you can't blame Simon because he likely will never get such a huge fight ever again I just feel hard done for the guy because he never stood a damn chance.
Bellew fought a dangerous contender and won. Brilliant performance. But I'm sure he knows his days as a titleholder at CW are numbered. The depth of the division is amazing so now he has a title he will be matched very carefully - can't see any possibility of unifications what so ever. That is why he is calling out Haye - make hay while the sun shines (see what I did there?)

Lol yeah I seen it bro.
You're definitely right about him wanting to cash out but why can't he do that with Lebedev Vs. Gassiev winner?
Go to Russia you will get paid well because I believe both are under the promotion of that very wealthy Russian billionaire why does he want Haye who is just a monster puncher it's just all wrong for him.

Bellew saying that Haye is everything that is wrong with boxing is a bit rich after Haye's run at CW. Haye has a better track record than Bellew. But he has a point criticising Haye's last 2 outings and his inactivity.
Nice observations; fan friendly fight and good earner for both guys = everybody wins.

Bellew's own "observations" are also relevant though. Haye has been largely a "con job" as a heavyweight and, after making so much "noise", completely rolled over against Klitchko. I also think his "retirement" and subsequent return much bigger and heavier is somewhat su****ious (hint: no drug testing when "retired") and Bellew has made some obtuse references to that as well.

I completely agree with you. BJ was looking good until the low blow. Too bad the ref didnt see it. Even the ringside commentators were kind of quiet about about it. Oh well

Bellew still likes the smell of Haye-based money though.

Haha agreed. I used to think Haye was a great talker, but Bellew just tears him apart on the regular lol.
