i dont think he stops tyson. tyson had a reliable chin. wlad would feel tysons power and do the right (safe) thing, box his ears off (maybe tysons corner throws in the towel ?).

No disrespect, but I don't see your comparisons lining up. Sanders was 6'4 (to Tyson's 5'10) and the style he used to beat Wlad was to fight tall and eat Wlad's punches in order to deal heavier ones back. Tyson was much, much different. He didn't stand there and eat punches, he slipped and weaved his way in.
A much more relevant fight is Klitschko v Povetkin. They're are a LOT of parallels there, including reach/height, and the way Povetkin tried to work his was in and got shut down repeatedly. I wish I could say Mike would have won this but I don't see it happening.Comment

My best guess would be Klitschko by decision. But it's possible Tyson would be worn down by the end of the fight and get KO'd. Tyson would have a hard time clipping Klitschko cleanly enough and often enough to get a decision or KO.Comment

I Brewster can catch Klitschko with a left hook then Tyson will murder him.
Don't forget that prime Tyson had a great jab and broke guys down to the body. There's also no way he drops Klitschko early and Klitschko survives. Tyson is the best finisher in boxing history behind Jack Dempsey or maybe even tied with Dempsey.

wlad never got a direct shot on Sanders. If he had and got into rhythm Sanders gets k.od. The Sanders head butt actually was the beginning of the end it stunned Wlad and he had no answer for the south paw( Wlad didnt spar with one) and he payed for it when he faced Sanders very quick powerful punches...keep in mind this isn't 2006 Wlad ,it was young naïve Wlad..No disrespect, but I don't see your comparisons lining up. Very difficult fight to predict ,but Tyson in those years was just to solid to go against him and his aggressive style may get him a k.o here b/c Wlads weakness was PRESSURE and being forced to think on the fly,he was not Vitali in those terms. Tysons major skill was slipping punches and countering....could Wlad land his jabs he NEEDED to have control of a fight?
I cant really go with wlad here b/c Tyson sooner or later lands on him...wlad COULD land a left hook off a jab but?
I got Tyson by K.o early by rnd 5...either one gets hit its going to be difficult...I think both need an early k,.o to win...
Edge Tyson. Tyson by k.o 75 % chance.
If Wlad does somehow defeat Joshua I will change my mind b/c then it will show me he can deal with any pressure fighter, and certainly would deal with a 5'10 one if he can get by a 6'6 one who can reach him more easily.
Note : Tysons chin is VERY underatted which for me gives him the win and that xtra point in my decision.Comment

I was referring to the Sanders fight because Sanders used his power and speed to walk trough Wlad, Sanders as good as he was, wasn't as good as defensively as Tyson, Tyson was far better cutting the ring too.No disrespect, but I don't see your comparisons lining up. So i see the fight this way: Wlad using his jab early and Tyson slipping trough it and then trying to counter before getting in the clinch, so he brawls with Wlad in the clinch for a few rounds in a fight of jabs, movement and clinch and then Tyson drops a bomb and kills Wlad.
Respect to Wladimir but i see Tyson being an all wrong fight for him.Comment

I agree! Tyson is all wrong for Wlad, just like Vitali is all wrong for Tyson. Most of Wlad's opponent were shorter than him, but he didn't have an opponent who would use his short height as a strenght against him. They couldn't use the head movement and couldn't cut the distance (so they were sitting ducks for his jab), that exactly what Tyson would do. Even Jennings did well against him every time he used the head movement and fought at close range.Comment
