Haymon would probably nick at Sugar Ray Leonard to pose commentary questions or suggestions as to how Golovkin would've done against other greats...and in that context, they would bring up moving up in weights. Sugar Ray Leonard, assuming old school boxing fans would agree, would probably go into nostalgic mode and agree with Leonard that Golovkin would have to move up for greatness.

Because apparently when Roy says it, HBO is neutral at it, and they beg Kellerman now on ESPN to keep his cool on not agreeing that he should move up
