I'm old and forgetful, how many times was Floyd or JMM dropped and stopped.

    Emphasis on stopped! Comatose

Jhonny & my j girl love jhonny riding a big rabbit my girl loves me but not the baggage.

She was embarrassed today by my over active desire to connect to people. I saw a Japanese guy and his girl eating taco's near the beach on a perfect weather day.

I was impressed that they had a pit bull & poodle. I greeted their dogs, and my girl ordered food. My girl was embarrassed cuz I'm too friendly and say things that others my think, but don't say.

Long story short, we shared a table with these two new found friends. It was sunny outside, I ordered corona's and taco's. He ordered more beer and taco's.

That guy was cool as ****. We chopped it up, and he revealed that he lived in Mexico as a kid. His dad worked for Toyota and he lived in Mexico. We flip flopped between Japanese and Spanish. It was an amazing Sunday afternoon.
We are gonna meet next weekend at my place, I'm gonna pull out my Molcajete and make a meal. Gotta show them Mexican hospitality!

Pacquiao got up as high as 130lbs, and then the careful matchmaking set in

David Diaz at 135lbs (almost literally beat nobody worth anything before the Pacquiao fight), Oscar De La Hoya @147 on fight night (after he'd spent the prior 7 years 154/160), Hatton after he got flattened by Floyd, Cotto almost within a year of the Margarito bludgeoning, Clottey immediately after Cotto beat him, Margarito after he got busted by Naazim Richardson and took his own bludgeoning from Mosely, Marquez after they seemed to think that he was passed it (why put Juan Diaz in with Marquez if you still believed that Marquez could win the fight?), light punching Timothy Bradley, etc.

Heck, after the 4th fight, where Marquez landed his shot, watch how ever more careful the matchmaking gets; Brandon Rios coming off of an L, again with light-punching Timothy Bradley, and a light-punching 140lber in Chris Algieri.

Pac's BEST years in terms of what we saw in the ring and arguably in training were 2008-2010, peaking in 2009 imo. Exceptionally quick. Developed that right hand well and used it in the ring. I think post-Margarito he started to decline. He was throwing 1000 punches a fight before that, now he hits what 600?

Finally a good post from you!

Morales and Barrera aged real fast fighting for Mexican pride. Tijuana vs Mexico City DF. Mexican's, unlike Filipinos love ****ing each other up. Bragging rights in Mexico mean everything. Just thought I'd help you with this Mexican mindset.

PAC and JMM are men, fought like pure warriors. In my book, nobody really won or lost, they left it in the ring.

Floyd beat Manny, but that was a technical sparing session.

              I appreciate Floyd's skills, but. ....
