He's a good fighter that made the most of his extreme limitations, but it's a real shame that he relied so much on cheating to do so. Just for holding the title so long he'll be remembered well historically, but he reigned terribly over a terrible division.
I don't think much of him in most head to head matchups. He is too damn limited and it shows against all his best opponents.
