He is a pretty good HW & quite underrated by people.. Ducked no one & made a lot of concessions to get all the belts.. He is not TBE of HW but he would definitely be in the top 10-15 ATG HW list.. Not the greatest of chins but one of the best technical HW..

Wlad klitchko would have the ability to clean everyones clock on any given day win or lose...end of story! Best jab in history ,fastest SHW ever and one of the most if not the most intelligent fighters to ever lace them up....deal with it.
