Wlad was #2 before Fury retired, beating Breazeale or Arreola doesn't get you to the top

After the top 2, the next 5 are pretty much third equal. Parker probably has the best resume, then Ortiz, but they don't have belts so fair rankings I guess.

Ortiz, Browne, Scott, and Duahpas way too high,
and Washington, Stiverne, Mansour and Whyte too low.

Nobody can justify putting Ortiz in the top 10, he has done nothing to warrant that ranking.
You should need something more than a cool nickname to make the top 10.
                  Briggs take out Ortiz,

not even one important victory in his career...

                      Briggs take out Ortiz,
Oritz beat Jennings who was top 10 and Thompson who was top 20
Scott beat Thompson who was at the time ranked at #8, and beat Lepai who was ranked #31
Browne beat Chagaev who was ranked #11
Duahpas beat Helenius who was top 15
Washington still doesn't have a good win
Stiverne got a gift decision over Rossy
Mansour had a draw with Washigton and was beat by Breazeale and doesn't have a good win really
Whyte still doesn't have a good win and neither does Briggs
