no i agree anywhere north of 154 i doubt floyd could sustain being hit by golovkin for 12 rounds he would win rounds still but its too much

Sorry but if someone is capable of breaking an eye socket off a jab alone, there comes a point that it's a jump too far. Floyd could very well avoid a lot of shots but I don't think he'll want to be in any position that would allow Golovkin to be too close to hit anything. We know Golovkin isn't a head hunter, so if he can't hit Floyd up top, he'll go down low and we've seen how devastating his body shots are. If he were to somehow pull it off, it would be a ****ing hell of a feat. It's just hard to imagine him doing anything to deter GGG from imposing his will. And I do think G would employ a defense he's capable of using.

if winning a fight with a stoppage in the 5th round after broking your opponent's eye socket is called exposing to floyd then i guess floyd had a lot of those then. but when it comes to floyd, floyd was only fighting on a d level so thats not really exposing since floyd wasnt trying. lol

I think Floyd would be more successful boxing than Brook was. My main takeaway from the Brook/GGG fight wasn't how GGG could be outboxed but how he imposed his will despite being outboxed some early.

I don't think GGG got exposed like Floyd and others do. IMO the main reason I'd pick Floyd over GGG at 154 is Floyd's ability to box and move and the fact we don't know how GGG will perform at 154, despite his worse fans claiming he was a small MW that could easily make 155.
