Don't be so sure of it. Canelo's actually been in tough close fights and has won. He won't fold under pressure if the going gets tough.

He's faced the tougher competition by far. GGG is a hard puncher, yes, but Canelo is a hard puncher as well and I think he can match GGG punch for punch.

GGG has been tearing through guys so much these days, that I think he's gonan be shook when he finds out he won't have the upper edge he's had in all of his other fights.

Canelo won't be shook, cuz he's been there before. He's faced those types of situations in the past.

Same with Lara or Floyd, fighters who come to Canelo are the ones who make him fight the best. Canelo KO's Lemieux ala Kirkland, JMHO.

I got the fight right now as a 60-40 in favor of GGG but I do think that Canelo will be a stronger and better fighter @160 and when the fight happens, SEP 2016 I wouldn't be schoked if Canelo beats GGG.

Canelo will be at his full prime at a weight I think will suit him better.

yea he is a counter-puncher, and he should be able to fight off the back foot, he has been well-schooled. Also, Canelo is a lot quicker than Golovkin and his combinations are very effective, Golovkin won't be able to open himself up like he does against most of the other guys he fought.

Canelo has a lot of good experience. I'm not dis*****g that. Has he been in with guys that can punch? Sure he has. However, those guys who could punch didn't have GGG's skills either. Against Stevens and Lemieux, he got punched very little and delivered his own blows with accuracy.

For me, I don't see Canelo holding up to GGG's punches down the stretch. He's just that powerful. If it weren't for the power, I would still say GGG wins because of his movement. He's not just a big punch. He knows how to position himself very well. Canelo is a big counterpuncher and he's excellent at it. However, I don't see GGG falling for the traps he sets. If this damn fight ever happens, it's going to be interesting. I'd love to see it. Believe me.

At this point, though, for me, it's looking like a very big IF. And obviously, Floyd wants everyone he beat to beat everybody else for legacy's sake. So he's pretty biased in this situation. I don't blame him, but he's off-base here.

I think he will fall in traps, for one major reason,GGG use jab to set everything, and Canelo loves to counter jabs ,IMO if Canelo will keep fight in center of the ring he can score UD,Golovkin have power but it wont be factor in this fight,Canelo is not so bad on ropes us people think he can counter from ropes too,Big thing for Canelo is that GGG dont trade its big in this fight and people sleep on it,I cant choose winner but it will be brutal as ****,one thing people overrate in ggg is stamina i think he have some stamina isseuse ,GGG best weapone in this fight are his legs.

              3 main factors
1.How good will Canelo be in countering GGGs jab
2how will Golovkin use his feets
3,Will GGG trade or he will let GGG put combos .

Golovkin easily beats Canelo, Floyd is Jealous and Envious over GGG popularity, nothing more. Mayweather fans are delusional idiots, almost comical clowns it's enough to make you break a rib from laughing so hard !!!

Yes, I think anyone who's saying this is going to be an easy fight for either guy is full of it. Very interesting match up and a dream fight, fight of the year type of fight.

You're right though. GGG might have the upper hand in the positioning/footwork department.

This guy is a walking contradiction
He meant it was the right decision, in terms of business. Let the fight marinate. I guess that went over your head?
