Great read once again! You had not choice but to treat dude because he came for you. Ray Leonard is the truth. Still think it is a pick 'em fight. Never seen a fighter control distance like Floyd and even though he was never a big puncher his opponents were always hesitant to engage. But ray had speed power and amazing footwork. Never the less that fight wont happen so big deal.

Glad you backed up Holyfield. Something has to be said about his weight disadvantages he had in fights and the fact he ALWAYS was in fighting shape. Thats dedication to one's craft.

Almost done...but those vids of Floyd "losing" are hilarious to me. You made all good points. And vids cannot change the out come. Never seen a fighter or athlete hated so much that people will spend hours out of their days creating something like that. Plus 100% agree about floyd landing cleaner punches. People need to watch fights twice. Once live and second with the sound off. Chino won 4 or 5 out of first 6 rounds then floyd took over(in 1st fight). Plus chinos punches were not landing! Some yes but most were blocked or partially. Floyd always kept his composure in all those controversial fights and made adjustments. The Pac fight i thought it was clear floyd won. Simple as this, in any sport your job is to take away what the opponent/opposing team does best. Floyd did that, we saw the worst manny. Also manny never made adjustments, could not cut off the ring and every time floyd got to the ropes he threw a check left hook and circled out over and over.

Lastly, I hope ggg v jacobs happens. We need fights like this as fans. I got ggg because he methodical and relentless. He threw caution to the wind once he knew brook could not hurt him. Thats a bad dude. Plus people say what they will, but he broke brooks face. Literally.

Have a good weekend always look forward to the bread bag.

floyd didn't land cleaner punches against pac though. video proves that. but its edited! his punches barely grazed pacs while pacs landed flush. strange how you say maidana's punches were blocked or partially blocked well thats exactly what pac did to floyd's punches...hmm hypocrisy much? and why would manny have to adjust? he was landing the better punches and picking off most of floyd's shots. hmmm strange way of looking at things where you place the onus on manny to do more instead of looking at what was actually happening. also a push to the back of the head is now a check hook? why not just say everything floyd does is great. takes less time.

its so sad how people are so biased and they don't even realize it. they say things that they have heard before to justify flyod winning isntead of actually looking what happened between the 2 fighters.

for example:a reason floyd won is that floyd took away what manny does best. he took away his left? i saw him getting hit with it over and over. you have a much better case saying manny took away floyd's best pucnh his right since he got hit with it much less and much less cleanly than floyd did to pacs left but you wont say that of course...the reason why you won't say that can be foudn in my next point...

this seems to be the way some people score fights...manny landed so many punches against marg and floyd kept his output much lower therefore he was winning...um thats not how you score fights at all. what happened when manny on that night fought floyd on that night, not what happened when floyd on that night fought best version of manny.

all this can be boiled down to putting the onus on pac to do more than floyd. pac didn't fight like he usually does therefore he loses! floyd's always boring and avoids contact therefore he wins...cept that is not how you score fights. you score the contact that does happen and whoever gets the best of that contact is the deserved winner. so who landed more clean punches? pac. who landed the much better punches that landed flush? pac. who had better defense? pac. who was in control and forced his opponent to clinch/bend over constantly to keep up? pac. all that and yet floyd still won easy? how? simply makes no sense.

to sum it up MANNY COULDN'T MAKE ADJUSTMENTS! he just kept hitting floyd flush and barely getting hit in return. ADJUST YOU ****** FIGHTER ADJUST!

I haven't read much of the Breadman's mailbags/articles, but I'm digging it. He seems to be a really balanced guy and uses facts to shape his opinions. I'm a huge RJJ fan, but the Breadman was right on with both the praise and the criticism. I can respect that.

I'm intrigued that he picked Joshua over Wlad if that fight happens. I know Wlad stunk up the joint against Fury, but I can't help but to feel that he has another one in him... unless Father Time has caught up to him.

Some Floyd fans really need to get a grip. Looking at his ENTIRE body of work, I'm surprised by how many people try to discredit what he has done in the ring. His problems outside of it leave a lot to be desired, but that shouldn't stop people from realizing who great of a boxer he actually is. The Castillo fight is his most controversial fight to me. He rematched him and won handily. There's always room to nitpick, but geez.

His own trainer said he lost. And he lowest conect percentage in his career. Majority of all experts agree.
