Is there any middleweight in history who could go toe to toe with GGG and beat him?

You want to crown this coward but he won't earn it.

Hopkins, Roy Jones Jr, and James Toney all beat the ever living dog**** out of Golovkin, and that's without even really thinking about it.

no, probably not. Only way to beat GGG would be a tap and run points win. You cant outtrade him, chins near on indestructible and his power is crazy.

Hagler however is the only one I give a proper chance of beating him there is no way Roy could go the full fight without getting hit so pretty much ruins Roy Jones Jr chances If he had a better chin he might have a chance but unfortunately his chin is pathetic he would get KOed under 6 rounds.
yeah pretty much agree with all of this, roy jones jr would have a decent chance of outboxing him, wouldnt count him out completely though but think GGG would catch him at some point and put him away. Hagler GGG would be an all out war and i couldnt really pick a winner.

de la hoya!?!? The one hopkins managed to stop? The one who had nightmares against felix sturm? Pretty sure GGG can hit a lot harder at middleweight than bernard. And yes Sugar ray leonard would have a great chance, one of the best of all time.

I would say that Monzon and SRR could beat him.

                  Sugar Ray Lenrd:
Errr...there is one problem, of course he is not going to welt into pressure fighting the likes of Wade, Monroe jr. , Fuchigami, Proksa, Rosado, Ishida, Macklin, Stevens, Adama, The thing with Hearns is how can you touch his chin when your being counted out from the pulverizing righthand that just crashed your chin?

                  Sugar Ray Lenrd:
Gerald McGlenon would savagely beat him. Hopkins too smart, Mugabi would be a very thriller of a fight...

GGG would have destroyed hopkins, not a competitive fight at all

Ray Leonard will get broken in half. Too small.

Hearns was the Amir Khan of his era. just LOL @ that disgraceful glass mandible. GGG would detonate.

Hagler is a real fight. But Hagler lost to complete bums in his prime and he's best known for going life and death with 3 WW's. He went to a decision with a 135er and got beat by another WW. basically he was cannon fodder that made those WW's into ATG's.

JUST LMAO @ GGG losing to this dude. Bigger, badder, better chin and more power. Hagler melts.
