I thought what was most telling about what Mayweather Sr. said was "if he stays in the ring." Meaning, he believes the inactivity has hurt Ward. I honestly can't remember the last time I thought Ward looked like...Ward. None of his recent wins have been impressive. Maybe they served their purpose and he'll be ready to fire off against Sergey but he's going to need to be a lot better than what he's shown lately.
