Saunders after turning down better fights all year and forced with being stripped because his inactivity is now fighting a total no name bum who is not even in boxrecs top 30 middleweight rankings. An opponent who's last 2 fights have been 8 round fights last of which against a man with a 11-10-1 record apparently that is good enough to warrant a title shot. Disgrace!

So of course he is name dropping both canelo and GGG he is just looking for a payday to sell his belt to the highest bidder. He has no shot at actually beating either guy. Saunders entire record is smoke and mirrors UK fights against non ranked bums nobody has ever heard of.

You've never heard of Chris Eubank Jnr or Andy Lee? Nah ... probably not.

Style-wise, GGG is an easier fight for Saunders. BJS relies on his speed and ring IQ. He'd do better boxing against GGG than against Canelo. Either fight will be exciting though.

I don't think Oscar will be keen for Canelo to fight BJS. That would be a bad match-up, stylistically, for young Master Plod.

Imo, Team Plod will be happy to sit back and let Golovkin come to the UK and do that job for them.

GGG loves movers because he cuts the ring effortlessly and likes having space to let his long, arcing punches go.

Canelo cuts the ring like a rubber bendy knife cuts steak and he likes to have a size advantage over his opponents. BJS is a great mover and, like Canelo, he's big at 160.

Canelo would probably need help from the judges to get past Bill. GGG, I'm afraid, would beat him inside the distance.

If Canelo was able to land a make a close fight against a slick fighter like Lara, then he'll definitely be able to catch BJS.
