no he didnt. floyd fought a more aggressive fight with chino. floyd even went to the ropes a few times just to let chino tee away. floyd could do that because he knew he was faster than chino. with manny he knew he cant afford to make any mistake because pac is just as fast as him.

there's plenty of counter puncher out there that are exciting to watch. because they create actions. take marquez for example. hell even broner is more exciting. broner has the same defensive stance as floyd but the difference is broner moves forward while being defensive where as floyd moves backward.

Floyd has stalked (he did so early in the Pacman fight), stood and traded (Cotto fight), fought off the ropes (Maidana), as well as technically boxed. It's all based on the opponent and their strengths. Manny was not as aggressive as you indicate though. That was painfully obvious.
