    Is Ortiz too dangerous?

      Spot on, lol.

Nobody is fighting Ortiz IMO. Unless the sanctioning bodies really enforce mandatories and threaten to strip fighters.

Wlad would beat Ortiz by decision or a late round KO but casual fans wouldn't be very interested in that fight because of Ortiz's low profile.
Joshua brings more money and a bigger fan base.

Because Ortiz is the boogeyman of the HW division.

The last heard update was he was almost on the verge of resolving his promotional issues.. Ortiz cannot beat Wlad, Fury, AJ even if he clears his drug test.. Ortiz hasn't gone past 10 rounds in any fight, how good is his chin? how good is his stamina? He doesn't have good ring IQ from what we have seen so far.. It would be easy work for Fury & Wlad to keep their distance & pick him on jabs.. AJ might be the slowest of the lot but carries enough power to stop Ortiz from coming in.. I'll be surprised what people will say when this fight is made & Ortiz takes a L..

As stated, Ortiz is not his mandatory. He's about to be removed from the rankings entirely due to some really bad decisions and his career is over given his age, because I don't see ANY big name guy willing to fight him and thus allow him the chance to move up the rankings again. He's done.

ortiz is his own worst enemy, the cuban school of boxing business took another could have been and transformed him into a never will be.
