Ruiz, no way. Jones had the style to frustrate and beat a much bigger man in Ruiz, Golovkin doesn't. Ruiz wasn't great, but he was still a very decent world class heavyweight. Unless you're as athletic and elusive as Jones, a much smaller man isn't going to beat Ruiz, especially one who's style is to come forward and fight. I'm a Golovkin fan but you have to be realistic. Styles make fights and he would be badly hurt against a strong tough world level HW like John Ruiz.

Prime RJJ was a phenomenal boxer with great speed and reflexes. GGG would probably beat both Ruiz and Tarver into submission on the same night, but prime RJJ would be a favourite against GGG.
