Thats the trouble with PBC - you have a brilliant night like that which screams out for the winners to face each other - then >>>> nothing. How does that make any sense?

Lara is a very very tricky and talented boxer, he's got some minor flaws, no doubt about it, but he's very crafty.

Andrade seems like a very creative boxer, a dude who can slug or box, but being honest I still think that resume wise, Lara has fought the best of the best and is more experienced at that top level.

Andrade's only notable wins were against Vanes and Willie, If he's able to beat Lara comfortably then he's definitely top 154 of the world.

Stylistically I think Canelo would have an easier time with Andrade than Lara but I gotta see it too, Andrade vs Lara and Canelo vs Andrade are the top matches @154, Charlos hasn't impressed me at all with his last fights and J-Rock hasn't beat anyone.
      He's avoided - that's why.

So you think his Defens is solid? i dont think so he is open on counters ,Canelos best weapon, also oppercuts,Resume is important , becuse Wilder Defens can be good when he Ko bums ,but when he fought with decent comp he got tagged a lot,you know what i mean comp test you and your skills ,Andrade is not tested by good fighters and allready show some weakness in defanse.

just my opinion sorry that i was a little rude.

What I thought was even funnier is he wants to fight 35 year old, 5' 5", with short Tyrannosaurs Rex arms Miguel Cotto???

I would bet Canelo over him for all the reasons you said. Canelos combos and punch selection are miles ahead what it uses to be. His double uppercut, body shot is a thing of beauty.

Andrade is all wrong for Canelo.

He can't hold the center of the ring well enough to beat a guy like that...backing into the ropes won't get it.

                    Worst management and promotor ever..

                    Career being wasted...

Makes Mikey Garcia look like Mayweather..
He struggled with Vanes but he's going to beat GGG at a higher weight? Damn some of you DKSAB.

And it's not just his management and promoter. If you're a talented guy who wants to fight the best, the worst place you can sign is with Al Haymon because 90% of his staple does NOT want to fight you if you're talented.

The post I replied to was someone pointing out the fact that Haymon did put his 154 fighters against themselves, all in one night! There's a lot of hate for Haymon, but I don't see other promoters doing much better! We saw Jacobs vs. Quillen, we saw Thurman vs. Porter, we saw LSC vs. Frampton, we saw Easter Jr. vs. Comney, we saw Payano vs. Warren II, we saw Jack vs. Bute, and we saw Frampton vs. Quigg. You still haven't seen Pacquiao vs. Crawford. You still haven't seen GGG vs. Canelo. We didn't see GGG vs. Eubank Jr., or GGG vs. Saunders. Where is Luis Ortiz? Where's Rigondeaux? Boxing is failing, not just the PBC!
