It is a true statement Golovkin gets a lot of passes, don't know why exactly when guys who have done more didn't get close to the same amount but that is how it is.

However, sometimes power punchers do get passes like that so it is not like Golovkin is the first to get treated like that.

what is the truth? what were the concessions that ward made? do everything i want and if you don't you are ducking? oh yea those are some concessiones alright...how is ggg getting a pass? thats just the opinion of a droopy faced jealous boxer who isn't popular but so desperately wants to be. this clown tried to fight periban, sartison, truax, etc...while turning down bute, froch, ggg, stevenson, etc...so he tried to get the easy fights but they wouldn't let him and now hes salty because he thinks ggg is doing what he tried to do even though ggg is trying to fight the best in his division(something ward didn't do)

GGG DID fight Adama, Monroe, and Wade and folks act like it he beat Ray Leonard himself. Fat Dan will trash Garcia and Ward for their level of comp and will praise the ish out GGG no matter what bum he fights.

The sheer hypocrisy from Ward is epic here, mofo's are just too funny. Considering he just tried to do the same thing, and considering they both have had one catch weight on their records..what pass? Same pass Ward has enjoyed since the super six? Glad he finally has a legit opponent though.

apples and oranges. GGG fights 3 or more times per yr. Ward has averaged 1 fight per yr past 5 yrs. Ward better take on better challenges if he never fights. Plus, he fought Paul Smith last yr, he was 100-1 favorite to beat.
To me fighting a top undefeated fighter moving up 2 weight classes is way tougher than fighting a fringe contender. and vegas agreed too bc GGG was app 5-1 favorite, not 100-1.

Lol idiot Ward doesn't realize both GGG & Brook were forced to fight each other due to being avoided in their respective weight divisions. Everybody avoids GGG (Canelo vacated his belt rather than face him) whilst Brook couldn't get fights made with Thurman, Garcia etc. Therefore, it made sense for them to fight. Brook was an undefeated, avoided big welterweight (who will soon be moving to 154) with punching power & a great chin. This isn't the same as Canelo dragging a chinny, light punching, small welterweight in Amir Khan up 2 weight divisions.

Also, Lol @ Ward talking about GGG getting "touched". Well that's what happens when you want to make a "big drama show" for the paying public instead of sending them to sleep by running. GGG barely had a mark on him afterwards whereas he rocked Brook badly in the first, knocked him down in the second (which was incorrectly not counted), broke his eye socket in the third & forced his corner to throw in the towel in round 5 sending Brook straight to hospital.

Has Andrew CoWARD ever done anything like this? In his dreams. Hopefully the pillow fisted marathon runner gets his just deserts against the GGG of his own division.

Brook was avoided by ONE person and that's Khan.
