Nothing surprising or shocking about a contender saying he wants a title shot. Neither Stevenson nor Kovalev have any reason to even mention Beterbiev's name. He brings no money or recognition to the table. Beterbiev is definitely a legitimate talent but currently his risk vs reward ratio is not in his favor. He should simply focus on becoming a mandatory.

I already know that but it get me angry when i see ppl saying Beterbiev duck Stevenson when it's clearly the opposite.

Well Kovalev actually made Beterbiev an offer last year , acknowledged by Beterbiev's promoter as a fair offer.

This is why anyone rooting for Ward is not thinking of what's best for boxing. Historically the sooner fighters like Floyd, Ward, Danny Garcia, etc lose their 0's, and lose their network favoritism that allows them to dictate and cherry pick fights, the better it is for boxing, because then they actually have to start fighting the best and continually prove their skills in the ring against the best, which is what is best for boxing.
