Can you name five fighters who spent their entire careers at 160lbs; Monzon and Hagler are great names to bring up, but those are still just two names.

Sugar Ray Robinson, though he did end up fighting for 25 year, ended up having fights over five weight classes, and I dare you to say that Marvin Hagler or Carlos Monzon were better middleweight fighters than "Sugar" Ray Robinson was (middleweight run basically went from 1950-165).

Today I learned on Boxing Scene that Hagler was a ***** cuz he dominated the MW division half of his 14 year career which all took place with Hagler weighing between 155lbs & 163lbs. There's a reason why Hagler isn't hated for not moving up. Hagler fought Duran, SRL. Hearns, Mugabi, Hamsho, Scypion, Minter and Antuofermo.

In boxing, when you can't get the fights you want, you move up. Why do you think Sergio Martinez moved up to 160?

GGG gets so much slack because instead of moving up, he and his team would rather complain about not being able to find fights; despite turning down several big name fights.

This is why people are so frustrated with GGG and were never like that with Hagler. Hagler fought his ATG's. Who's GGG's ATG's? Monroe, Geale, Ouma, Rubio and Brook.
