The outcome is no surprise as many of us thought it wouldn't go long as we all thought Dimitrenko was way past it. Marlon Wright is actually not a bad ref as I have seen him officiate a lot of fights in Canada but he will be remembered for the Andrade/Bute gift. I don't think he saw the punch after he was down. He was behind Parker so he could have been shielded. If he saw it he would have taken a couple points away & gave Dimitrenko time to rest. I watched it in Russian but I think Dimitrenko kind of made it look worse than it was. Looking for a no contest or DQ. That wasn't DQ material in my eyes as Sasha was d****d all over Parker as he went to a knee. Late shot for sure but a 5 minute rest period & 2 points would have been good enough discipline. Dimitrenko looked like he wanted out of there. Every shot he got hit with backed him up or forced him to hold on. I even think Wright missed a KD when he called it a slip. No surprise on the result.

      agreed, spot on analysis.

He was milking it and wanted out of there no question, especially considering he has quit before / and was wobbled.

Parker was demolishing him. It was sparring really.

Cheap shot, but AD didn´t come to fight but to literally lie down and collect his check so serves him right.

Dimitrenko another easy fight where we didn't witness anything real with Parker in terms of his actual potential.

His inside game has improved, he showed zero inside game with takam, where dimtrenko was being hurt every single shot on the inside, he was being schooled on the outside, bullied and rocked with every shot.

And as for parker's 'terribile' defence, dimitrenko caught him with 1 solid shot in the whole 3 rounds.

Dimitrenko is dog ****, possibly worse than that previous Haumono dude. If Parker gets in there with Joshua now, well good luck to him but I doubt it will end well for him.
