I honestly do not, not because i don't think he has a chance, but let it simmer ffs, way to early, both are prospects, despite the belt(s)

I hope they go for andy ruiz WBO route, and then fight AJ in 1 -2 years in a mega mega unification fight.
    Fair.

I don't rate AJ very highly at all, he's fought nobody, and has shown many flaws in the fights he has had. He's a good prospect who's been presented as great by the UK hype machine.

I actually would prefer Parker go the Ruiz route first too - for the sole reason that he can make an AJ fight worth even more $ for himself.

AJ and Hearn's best bet would be to fight Parker now - before he gets too good. Fact is, AJ is not increasing his competition level, he's simply not getting any better. Parker is being pushed aggressively by DUCO and Kevin Barry - he's only going to get better.

AJ took the quick route by taking a title off the worst champion in history - at some stage, he's going to have to fight SOMEONE with a pulse. Until then, colour me skeptical.

    Great physique, though.

Joshua needs to step up to B class sometime, Parker is the test we need to see who is the real deal. I think Parker stops AJ why should he be held up any longer just because Brit fan boys feel they need a fighter beating up C level scrubs holding a title hostage because they haven't had one in an eon.

If Joshua or Hearn doesn't want to face Parker and keep making demands of him to keep delaying the fight they should relinquish the belt. Parker is not a manufactured star he has had to work his way up the rankings unlike Joshua who had a title shot bought for him to appease ppv hungry Brit casuals.

Let's get on with the real fight and stop screwing around with the garbage - like Price and his creampuff lead-ins.
It's delaying tactics they clearly don't want this fight, all I've heard from Hearn is well we need to build it, Martin needed no building, Breazeale needed no building those guys had collectively beat no one ! Parker has defeated a top ten opponent convincingly, starched everyone else a la Joshua style and showcased more to his game whilst doing it.

Right now I expect Joshua to jump in with Klitschko now he's begun to slow down and regress, even in the event he loses to Klitschko I'm sure the Brit fan boys will believe his stock has raised like they believe Brook came out against Golovkin with an enhanced profile, competitive for ninety seconds of the second round in a five round fight he was beaten from pillar to post by a guy showcasing absolutely none of the boxing skills he is renound for in his previous fights.

Quite a bunch delusional posters ,here...I missed the part where parker is somehow more dangerous and talented than Wlad who Joshua would rather fight and has pretty much told hearn to make that fight while the match can be made?

It was possibly a broken rib, but in my experience that is nowhere near as immediately debilitating and doesn't cause that writhing around and instant pain and paralysis that we see with liver and kidney blows. I've seen plenty of guys play full games of rugby after having suffered a blow to the body that was found to have broken their ribs. IMO it's most likely that Dimitrenko was hoping for a DQ.
Liver, kidney, broken rib(s), or any body shot can debilitate the fighter for several minutes. And I'm not saying there was no way Dimi quit. It could be he did. All I'm indicating is there are a bunch of possibilities besides 'he quit'.

I would say he quit ,looking at the footage. I beleive he didn't want a dog fight and looked to get a DQ when he knew he was hit way late...which also parker pulled that punch,it had no torque to it.

Late hit, but Dimintriko tried to get the DQ after getting his ass kicked, i'm fine with it

The Parker "HATE" is Brewing I can see that already LMFAO typical on this forum the insecure little BOYS see a threat to a fighter they look so they start REACHING for reasons to hate

Seems more like a annoying shot because Dimitrenko was leaning on him but the Ref wasn't on top of the action at all he was on the other side of the shot not sure if he even seen it but yeah he was a **** Ref. Likely will be overturned to NC and rightfully so!

Strong day of boxing with weird finishes lol

                      I would be OK with a rematch but I still think Parker beats him :dunno;
