I still can't understand how it was OK for GGG to fight a welterweight at 160. But, fighting a light heavyweight at 175 is outta the question.

GGG has to speak up cause when the trainer talks shit we dont care but when the fighter starts talking that talk, it changes the reaction.
Ward didn't want it we know it, he was guzzling down beers and fatburgers in Oakland and watching his belly grow, thats why we didn't see an interview when they sent the offer. He was overweight, that nigga was a better contender for the biggest loser not a boxing match.

The guy was fighting at like 175 in the amateurs ffs.
You do realize AW was a middleweight in the amateurs that moved up to LW so Andre Dirrell could fight at middleweight in the Olympics. I wish he would have stayed at MW so he could have dominated G there too.
FYI.. MW in amateurs is 165 and LW is 178. How long has G been starving himself since the Olympics?

And just in case let's put a quote down from Andre Ward about GGG. '"Golovkin might hit a tad bit harder than Chavez Sr, and I think defensively he's a lot better.Golovkin's not a one trick pony, and that's what I think people are kinda missing here as they talk so much about the power, but he's got subtle defense, he's doing a lot of things in there that is allowing him to not take too much punishment." -- Andre "S.O.G." Ward educating casuals on how GGG is better both on offence AND defense than one of the best boxer punchers ever, making GGG perhaps THE best. These are Ward's own words on just how good GGG is.
