Anthony Joshua is no more stiff and robotic than Wlad

I hear people saying this kid is robotic and stiff. He's 6'6 240+ pounds. Him trying to be as agile as Mike Tyson would be ******. I just rewatched Klitschko vs Pulev and Wlad is not close to having great agility or flexibility.

He is stiff, seems to have too much muscle..I see him having issues if he has to go to the championship rounds honestly

Who says he's more robotic than Wlad? Just because one guy is stiffer doesn't mean both aren't stiff.

Joshua lacks the experience and confidence to open up and flow. I think he'll get there soon. He still fights a little scared, which is smart for where he's at.

He is a little stiff, but it is getting better with time and I think the improvement in him is pretty remarkable and a credit to his team, it was much worse in the amateurs.

It is a technical thing tbh, and I don't think he will be able to completely fix it now because he was a late starter in boxing, his technique is now ingrained. I have seen a lot of fighters who were late in the game have these types of flaws and they are extremely difficult to correct or eradicate once those fundamentals are set, as a kid its much easier.

Call me crazy - but I seriously think AJ is carrying around too much muscle. He's sold out for power, probably unnecessary power when you consider the drawbacks. He could stand to lose a bit of bulk and still be strong as an ox.

As mentioned above, he's totally unproven when it comes to championship rounds - no one has any idea how he's going to be when he's at his most fatigued.

His lack of mobility and footwork could get exposed in a hurry.

I don't agree with him lacking footwork. Elaborate?

Always felt Wladimir was very athletic for his size myself.
              Very agile for a 6ft6, 250lb guy

wlad is quicker on his feet and more agile. He is pretty stiff though. He gets away with it because he has gotten his style and tactics down to a T.

Joshua is very athletic, but his feet look like they are stuck in mud. He packed on too much muscle. So far no one has exploited it, but itll come.

If Joshua was going to fight Wlad he would have to attack hard and hope to engage that panic part of Wlads psyche. Try and get to him early. If the fight is slow paced Wlad picks him apart imo. Unless he proves to be completely shot
