**** sake they are literally just going to sit around waiting for this title shot.

Have they thought about maybe fighting a top 10 guy at some point?

I dont mind Blackledge but come on

Given that Groves team was trying to put together a fight on the basis that it would be a final eliminator most top 10 opponents would try for the same, might not be in the fans best interests but its hardly a risk worth taking for him.

Unfair. Eubank fought Saunders after all.

Well he's going to be fighting the (singular by the time Callum gets his shot) champion at 168lbs without ever facing a proper test in his career so far.

Poor development and progression from his team imo

Its a fair point but at the time they got him the eliminator he was on a roll and going to be fighting either Jack or Groves who was a possible opponent anyway, after getting the shot is it really worth the risk in loosing the mandatory.

I guess the main beef is wth the sanctioning bodies for allowing someone to become mando without facing anyone good.

Still, Callums team should have done a better job ensuring he is ready for the title shot when it comes
