Pedraza's father is trainer/manager (and I doubt that he's gouging his son for two checks), so the circle is basically Pedraza'a father leading things for him, DiBella/Shaw looking to negotiate the fights, and Haymon being around to get Pedraza/Pedraza to hopefully follow the most sensible path but leaving them with the final decision.
Oh ok. Just seems like a lot of hands in the pot for a guy who isn't making people a lot of money

SOB's are like roaches. They move in and the only way you get rid of them is starvation, or death. Can you imagine paying this bunch, and none of them can get him a fight?

I agreed with Gary up until he said Pedraza was a way better fighter than Verdejo. It really is the other way around.

Don't know who is right/wrong in this situation but Lou is always the most entertaining promoter when it comes to going all in on someone like this. Some of his rants defending Sergio Martinez were great.

In a few years you will eat your own words and will realize Verdejo is actually doodoo. Most likely the next Dulorme. Mark my words.

most definitely, but that's the way some guys have to get it, I guess.

Pedraza's pops is messing up the money, though
