Lots of fighters trying to help Andre Ward win. I certainly hope that's not a racial thing, but I'm reminded of when BHop and RJJ were asked to talk about things Kovalev could exploit in Ward's game, since they are analysts and that's their job to give the boxing fans that insight, but both declined to say anything about Ward's weaknesses because I think RJJ even said "that's my brother" or something to that effect.

So to these analysts, it's almost like race comes ahead of their responsibilities to boxing fans and to their job. Now apparently a lot of people want to pitch in with a team effort to help Ward. Why don't they want to pitch in with Kovalev to help beat Ward?

I just see a double standard there. Don't get me wrong, I don't want that for Kovalev either. I just want fairness, no double standards. It should be Ward, his trainer, and his sparring partners and gym, vs Kovalev, his trainer, his sparring partners, and gym. No spies. No tag-teams. No cheating. No paid off ref. Let's have a fair, clean fight between two top fighters.

Who are the other fighters offering inside tips or helping Ward train? Is this confirmed or just rumors spread by the Ward camp to get in Kov's head? Why would you speculate that people are only offering to help Ward because of his race?

Ward has shown allegiance to fighters of different backgrounds his entire career. Fighters such Donaire, Guerrero, Khan and the Diaz brothers have all commented on their friendship with Ward. Hell even Fonfara joined Wards camp recently.

Regarding BHop and RJ, I agree that as commentators they should be fair and unbiased. They seem to understand that as well, both have shown Kov tremendous respect, especially BHop. That being said, you can't forget that RJ and BHop are personal friends of Ward. I don't think you can fault someone for not wanting to provide specific information on ways to beat a friend.
