Because when someone's favorite wins he gets no credit, when the other persons favorite wins, what do you think is gonna happen...on this site alone the fans fall into two different categories, those that think the movie "Rocky" is the way boxing is supposed to be and those that believe the "sweet science" is to hit and not be hit...and those Rocky fans are having a bad, terrible time recently i.e. Margarito getting the hell beat out of him by Sugar Shane, the Machine getting beat by Danny, that provo guy, basically all the first first fighters they love always losing to superior "boxers", and when they were crying so long about the Manny vs Floyd debate and they faced off, and Floyd proved that a superior boxer will beat their idea of what a boxer is and should be, now they are gonna be really mad when Ward does a number on Kovalev, after finding out what manny thinks of his fans (gay people) they dont know what to do. Their faces after Sugar Shane gave the boogieman diabetes...priceless

I get that fans are going to support their favourites but the bias from professional commentators is getting out of hand.They are trying to edit reality to fit a prearranged script.I don't think as a sky watcher I'm going to be able to suffer much more Carl Froch and Adam Smith either.I've got my finger on the mute button.I grew up watching Leonard Hearns Duran on video,I don't remember the commentary sounding like cheerleaders.Wish they'd stick to the facts rather than stories they've heard.

Come on man,this isn't a reasonable thing to theorize,it's utterly ridiculous and insulting to think Brook would've entered the contest damaged like that.It doesn't fit the circumstances in any way ,no evidence at all to back it up and is so far fetched as to be ridiculous.It is like saying Brook only lost because of the eye and GGG didn't even do that to him,it's like a pathological inability to give any credit to certain fighters,to the extent of inventing crazy conspiracy theories to back it up.

You could be right on this one... but how do you explain what OnlyBeingHonest is describing as it relates to all the rest of the times the GGG fans go ballistic any time their hero is scrutinized even the least little bit?

Exactly! Cant remember verbatim, but he said something in the 4th (I think) like, "Look at the swelling and discoloration on Brook's eye. Looks like he broke his orbital bone", or something very close to that. We're not talking about a pulled or strained muscle like Pacquiao scammed us with, a broken facial bone is pretty recognizable.

Geez, for chrissakes... when are you guys gonna stop that crutch for Floydie? Pac had the injury before the fight started. He then had surgery after the fight. Torn rotator cuff muscles happen all the time in regular life, even more in boxing. It's a frequent injury in the sport.

It's on Pac that he didn't disclose the injury and postpone the fight, which is easily the most ignorant decision he's ever made in boxing, outside of his ridiculous comments on gays.
