Mayweather agreed in 2009 to a 50/50 purse split, ring size, gloves....everything. The fight would have happened then, when Pacquiao wasn't "shopworn," but Pacquiao blew it because he wouldn't agree to drug testing for some reason.

The same drug testing that he ended up doing in 2015. Six years too late.
