They said why they didn't say anything about contract then out of respect for smith, all loeffler had to do was say they lying just got contract instead he confirmed everything gbp have said didn't refute one thing and now have even sent a counter offer

Have you ever negotiated anything? You start higher and end close to where you want.

If Canelo won't do at least 70/30, then he's pricing himself. He isn't the star he thinks he is.

No, but that won't stop you from saying it.

It's his first counter offer, what is he supposed start where he's willing to go. That's bad business.
Take lil g pipe out your mouth just for a second, gbp going play hardball and just walk away no point in sending multiple offers back and forth Canelo do not need the fight at this point in his career he can go on to offer Saunders same deal he offered ggg and get that belt and make some nice cash bringing up some of the top junior MW, ggg does not have that luxury cause his promoter and budget HBO gives him for his fights comes nowhere near what Canelo can offer, so again offer a split of 25-30% and if Canelo balks in that then he will really suffer from the fans but asking for 40% when you can't get off regular HBO and only ppv you did do underperformed which is reason why haven't been back on there is pricing yourself out which is not ggg fault it's his inept team

See, the problem is Golovkin and Tom have nothing to do with Klitschkos. They are just using K2 licence, but nothing more than that. They have no ties with Klitschkos.

It wasn't Hernnan or Loeffler who went and talked to Kell, they didn't ask for Kell..that was Hearn and he's said so himself. So please do us all a favor and at least use facts when trying to shh on someone. Ward couldn't make 168, has openly stated in an article in boxing scene that even 175 can be a struggle for him so when exactly and how was Ward going to fight at 168? By chopping off a leg? Ya'll fkers will seriously believe and come up with anything to shh on the guy.
LMAO yupp GGG was coerced into fighting Brook!

This would be awesome......also 15 rounds World Title Fights and sameday weigh in

DLH, Gatti, Cotto, Paquiao, Canelo... because when he was the popular one like baldo or guerrero.. fights were 300k.. so no hatton wouldn't of done what he did with foney.. but he sure brought a lot to the table..
And you don't think that all the Brit fans cheering for Brook, and most of the Brit fans who bought the PPV, were hoping to see GGG lose?

They were, but that didn't make Brook the A side, or a bigger draw than Golovkin. Trust me, if GGG had fought Eubank instead of Brook, it would done equal or better numbers than GGG/Brook. If Brook had fought Vargas instead of GGG, it wouldn't have done half as much.

There are levels to this game. When Roach is saying "If we look good against Vargas, maybe we get Floyd," that tells me Manny still needs a Mayweather paycheck. When I read Team Golovkin constantly talking about Canelo, I know they need that Canelo paycheck! I've never read "Floyd says Canelo is not a star!" I've never read "Canelo says Floyd is scared to give me a rematch!" There are stars, and there are "superstars." Everyone knows who is who!

Darn!! You guys are a tough lot.

An article about a potential fight between GGG v Jacobs morphs into a full throated no holds bared debate/argument/ name calling about GGG v Canelo !!!

If nothing else all these arguments and counter arguments make for interesting reading!!!

Hope if / when any of these fights happen they are half as good as the "fights" on these boards !!!

And you guys are doing it for free!!!

When Saunders wouldn't accept $1.5 million, what did Team Golovkin say? Who came out already saying "I hope Jacobs doesn't price himself out?" Who said "164 for Ward and 50/50 split or no fight?" You guys are looking like hypocrites, and you're the only ones that don't know it! You said Canelo was scared, yet now GGG is the one who will be turning down $10 million! GGG is "business man" and also a hypocrite! It's that simple!

Kovalev is going to beat Ward, I'm sure about that.
But GBP can make a deal with Jerry Jones! And that's the difference! Sign the ****ing contract!
