Yup, that's why I was always confident he would go up to 160 sooner than later. The problem is, some of the big guys at 154 will eventually go up as well.

The clowns got the perfect excuse to fight nobodies now, can say he is easing himself into 160 and needs tune ups ( without having any intention of fighting ggg)Comment

im thinking a light hitting, former MW champ who doesnt have any fights on the horizon AND would bow to a catchweight. Im thinking Danny Geale or Matt Macklin. And if theyre feeling particulalry daring that morning... the fearsome Andy Lee.Comment

Saul “Canelo” Alvarez is the new WBO junior middleweight champion after beating Liam Smith last Saturday night, but he’s now got a BIG problem staring him in the face with Demeitrus Andrade as his new WBO mandatory challenger at 154. Canelo is in a bind. If he stays at 154 to defend his WBO title, he’ll need to fight the 6’1” southpaw Andrade (23-0, 16 KOs) in his first defense, and that could prove to be a more difficult fight than any previous match in the 26-year-old Canelo’s career.Comment
