Oscar hinted right after the fight that he might not fight in December because of a injured knuckle. Might also be them getting out of a Low Paying **** Match Up in December for HBO

Comeback May 2017 and take a BIG FIGHT have no problem with that, sure I would love to see guys fight 3-4 times a year but because of Network and Promotion Budgets that doesn't seem possible for the Top Fighters who command big money every time they fight

Shame, because it was a great performance from Canelo. I think Canelo has improved and it is probably De La Hoya stopping the fight with his flat fee offer. Golovkin's team will never accept that, it has to be a fair deal.

And why isn't Canelo coming back until May? Heal your hand by early December, start training beginning of January or late December, then fight in February to get acclimated at 160 since unlike GGG Canelo seems to need tuneups at new weights to get acclimated, then fight GGG in May.
