we already saw him fight a no hoper and a guy on house arrest earlier this year

if he doesn't fight Jacobs, BJS or Eubank next, it wont be a surprise

this guy is in his mid 30s, has only defeated 4 former champions/titlists

won the ibf in the ring while the wba and wbc was handed to him

has there ever been a supposed top 3 p4p guy with a resume as weak as GGG?
GGG doesn't have a resume that bad and isn't that much "not tested":

There are the names, but also how you beat them, beating Murray isn't that impressive, but stopping him is truly impressive since a puncher like Abraham or a true SMW like Groves couldn't.

GGG isn't a top three p4p fighter and if he's listed on the ring rankings there I pay no attention to those, all these boxing affiliated companies are biased and corrupt. Seriously who has GGG fought and defeated to be considered as good as Ward and Kovalev, those guys are head and shoulders no.1 and no.2 above all the rest.

            Yeah, maybe.

            Just giving an arguable example.

+ GGG has been amateur for a while and his amateur career shouldn't be overlooked, when you look at his wins ams + pro:

He beat Korobov, Bute, Direll, Lee, Brook, Murray, Ouma, Lemieux, Geale...

Could have been better taking more risks, but GGG isn't that much of overhyped fraud like you are trying hard to pretend.

              Definitely not an untested fighter.

I think if some fighters need to take risks, that's BJS, Canelo and Jacobs.

Yes, Ricardo Finito Lopez. A bunch of Thai fighters and a couple decent champs in Aelx Sanchez and Rosendo Alvarez, neither of which were ATG. To me Ricardo Lopez and GGG are PFP but neither can be considered ATG. You have to fight a near great or a truly great fighter to be an ATG. GGG still has the chance, Lopez does not. All Lopez had to do was eat one fking pancake and he would have been able to fight Carbahal.....he did not. He stayed where it is safe. GGG needs to fight someone in his division or above that puts him in an ATG conversation. But yes, he is a PFP and so was Lopez, since I am covering PFP as well as ATG.

Not sure if you have ever heard of this guy, but I would say Mike Tyson.

I know this. My point is he earned it either way. To keep harping on him being elevated by the WBA at this point just seems petty to me.

Like I wrote, GGG defeated in ams+pro 6 world champions: Bute, Direll, Geale, Brook, Ouma, Lemieux.

Kovalev didn't, Kovalev has beaten 3 world champions I think, mainly Pascal then an old Popkins who never was great at 175 and was ***** slapped at 175 by Calzaghe 10 years younger.
Then the Cleverlys and Caparellos of the world, don't get me wrong, Kova is a proven fighter, but so is GGG.

People pretending GGG is untested DKSAB and don't even follow amateur boxing, the matrix.

When you look at ams+pro, GGG defeated a bigger number of serious fighters.
