BTW - the shot Martinez dropped him with? Nearly identical to the shot Maidana landed on TBE at the end of that round and Floyd shrugged it off, despite losing a tooth.

Golovkin himself isn't a welter, so I don't know why he's even in this discussion, frankly. De La Hoya and Canelo were big money at the time. G is not. As I said before, he'd be mistaken for a cab driver in nearly any airport in 'Murica.
LOL, The Punisher protected?? Pass it, you had enough already, clearly.

Who compares a middleweight power to a welterweight power?? The biggest cab driver was Baldomir, I don't even think I should waste my time typing to someone who called Paul Williams protected. That takes some kind of hallucinogen to contrive.

Baldo was lineal champ like it or not

Gatti was ranked #1 contender by Ring at 140...everything i posted are facts
      Didn't call you a liar.

But Gatti was not the 140 lb champ

Baldomir had a lineal, but he was still garbage. Can't believe you're defending that, lol.

And Floyd trashed Manny for catchweights, turned around and needed 1 as a 154 champ and even tried to keep it secret.

And Pacman was not the 2nd best welterweight. There were a slew of undefeated welterweights, some champs, others contenders who would give Pacman the business, (you know) this. The fight was a half decade to late, end of really.

I dont know that any of those guys would have beaten Manny.

Nobody knows this. They arent fighting each other, so we dont really know what they got.

You have a bad habit of trying to pass your opinions as facts.

You're just an american dumb fan, from the demografic of my a$$ probably, thinking he's some kind of expert because he licks Floyd ATG shoes.

I never talked about beating ATG in his prime, FLOYD DIDN T EVEN BEAT A GREAT FIGHTER IN HIS PRIME LOOOOL.

Lewis beat Vitali in his prime that's a win over a great fighter in his prime.

Pacquiao beat Barrera, then Marquez, 2 ATG in their prime (Marquez by SD I know and I guess you thought Marquez won already knowing your agenda) and at their best weight.

LOL that's why Pac has greater resume than Floyd and surely took more risks.

Just do your homeworks cuz you are the guy who DKSAB.
First of all vitali isn't an atg you idiot, maybe an atg hw(just like Genaro is an atg 130lber) but not an all round atg and second Barrera was not freaking prime! He went through wars and caught Ls in the process. Jmm literally schooled Pacquiao every single time they fought..... Pacquiao also lost to freaking taxi drivers as well that cannot be dismissed...hell not only did he lose to them, they beat the living crap outta him and ko'ed him in the middle of the ring. You trying to compare Pacquiao to floyd is a joke especially when floyd schooled him.

most of his fights vs elite opposition took place after the fighters had passed their prime!!! here is an example for you!

Floyd IS an all time great.

-and Golovkin at this point in time can't be considered even a hall of famer.

Manny fought prime Hatton, AFTER Hatton got knocked out by Floyd and the turnbuckle in the same night.

                      Somehow.
