That article is from 2011 when the news broke that Matthew had been fired by Beyonce. A lot of speculation as to why he was fired was going around. It's 6 years later an the truth has come out. In the end Haymon came out untouched and those accusations against him were never proven and Beyonce and Jay Z continued doing business with him in the music industry.
