far superior fighter is questionable dont be fooled by the weights just because brook weighted up so he could put on enough muscle to weigh same as ggg is not the same as being a middleweight. one is a ww one is a middleweight and if brook doesnt catch a weird punch and break his eye socket who knows what would happen

Oscar's full of it. Ever been hit in the nose by a baby? It'll make your eyes water & it hurts! We're only human. Brook is a grown man with the strength of a grown man. And he's pretty close to Golovkin's size. Of course when he punched Golovkin in the face, it hurt. The key factor here is that it wasn't enough to get Golovkin into any real trouble, while Brook did get into trouble when he got hit. Oscar's hoping that as time passes and GGG has more fights, his weaknesses will be exposed & maybe he'll even slow down, so ****nelo has a better chance of success against him.

You GGG fans need to just be quiet and concede your guy was getting schooled for a couple rounds there. Brook landed some serious shots. Or ignore reality. No worries either way IMO. Just expect to get called out when you act like GGG is some gold-plated God of boxing.
Good thing it didn't go the judges! And another good thing...Brook's corner threw in the towel in 5! I've never seen a fighter get so much love after a TKO stoppage in the 5th round!

"you have a small welterweight hurting a full blown middleweight"

Er... no, sorry Oscar. What you have is a large Welterweight weighing a bit more than your fully fledged middleweight, who btw is on the small side as far as recent top middleweights go (Pavlik, Hopkins, Taylor etc...). Only here the former welterweight is much more ripped and well muscled than your fully fledged middleweight but in all both boxers about as equally sized as you'll ever find in the ring together. In fact size was most definitely not one of the advantages that GGG held in this case.

Now onto the second part of your BS sentence. Hurting. If you had said hitting that's one thing. However, as much as we saw GGG getting hit, you'd struggle to find anyone who could sincerely say he was ever visibly hurt.

Now run along, i hear Macy's have a flash sale on fishnets...

Actually, I do know what was going to happen in Rd 6! Brook was going to be murdered! I know it, you know it, and most of all, Brook's corner knew it! I know Brook is not a true MW, but I didn't feel like he was "all that" @ 147. He beat Porter, but it wasn't anything spectacular, and he followed that with 3 bums! Brook chose his poison. Spence Jr. @ 147 or GGG @ 160. Either way, same result!

So tough for you GGG fans to admit your guy was getting embarrassed for a couple rounds there. Just let it go. Promise, you won't die.
