Duva actually talked about this with the Kovalev/Stevenson situation that they too could've fought on Showtime if they lost the purse-bid but they had a hang-up b/c they were in the middle of doing the IBF mandatory. That was why they wanted Stevenson's side to hold off ordering the immediate bid and allow the full window of time (it's also possibly the reason Stevenson's side ordered the immediate purse bid).
