The fighter who was robbed against Lamont Peterson, that put a clinic of inside fighting against the prospect Sammy Vasquez, the 2008 olympic champion, but it doesn't matters because he doesn't have power, you know, since fighters with under 50% knockout ratio like Willie Pep, Harry Greb, Jake LaMotta, Nicolino Locche, etc, never became greats....oh...wait...

Cant use that excuse now when it suits him.

Money fights are few and far between. You just cant sit on the shelf and get rusty while waiting for that Paq pay day which may or may not happen.

In the meantime you stay relevant by defending against credible opponents.
Diaz is credible no matter what anyone says. And he is calling Crawford out.

Dont let his low KO% fool anyone. He can flat out fight.

I believe he will be a live underdog against Crawford.

      Good for boxing.

I guess I don't mind this fight too much but I would still rather see him with someone like Broner or even Danny Garcia. Yes, I think he can give Crawford problems but I am yet not convinced that he can beat him. But it would be a good, however, I see Crawford's speed giving him a ton of problems. If it was up to me I would rather see him against Danny Garcia...that would be interesting in my opinion and it could be made in NYC...would do ok in my opinion.

I'd like to see him go to 147 and target either Bradley and Pacquiao. Those are legacy fights for him after winning lineal belts at 135 and 140.
The guy just got to 140...now ya'll want him at 147.

                  C'mon man.

You've graduated from Troll to Goblin.

Broner would kill that lunkheaded bastard.

I honestly wouldn't mind this fight. Until he wants to officially move up to 147, there isn't many other options for him at 140.
