This fight doesn't do anything for Crawford. If he stays at 140, I'd like to see him go after Troyanovsky, but that fight is unlikely as well. I'd like to see him go to 147 and target either Bradley and Pacquiao. Those are legacy fights for him after winning lineal belts at 135 and 140.

I could see Barthelemy that is an iffy proposition but at least the dude was pretty much the man at 135 coming up. So at least I could get how that could make sense for Crawford.

I could see Arum putting Crawford is some fairly risky fights but there is a ways between that and throwing Crawford in there with Diaz. If Diaz gets a nice win or two that fight is possible.

I like Crawford and if this fight gets made I'd be pulling for him to win. But..... I'm telling y'all , Diaz is a problem for anybody at 140 & 147. I don't think Arum makes this fight. Expect to hear " Diaz hasn't done enough yet to get a fight with Crawford".
