You know what -- that's well said and I agree. I don't mean to disparage these guys. They put it in a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to get to where they are. And it's tough for these guys to get a piece of the pie. I got mad respect for these journeymen type dudes.

I'm just saying though, Rosado just doesn't belong in the same ring as Canelo. I'm sorry man, but it's just reality.

Good post. Agree 100%. I respect everyone in the game, especially the guys that fight in a certain style. But as fans we discuss everything in a relative sense. A fighter doesn't necessarily "suck." He might just suck compared to his peers.

If Amir Kahn can get a title shot in a fight in which the outcome was predictable ... i dont see why Rosado should not get a shot.

If Brooks can get a title shot in a fight in which the outcome was predictable ...i dont see why Rosado or Monroe should not get a shot.

If SHOT to hell Guerrero or Chris Arrelola can get title shots.....I have no problem with Rosado or Monroe getting shots either.

Canelo is a cash cow. Cash cows as rule choose the path of least resistance ( at least on paper). Every champion has done that. Not saying it is right. Just saying that is how boxing business works.

Only time a cash cow takes a risky fight is when the other guy in the other corner brings cash to the table or when faced with a mandatory they HAVE to take or get stripped.

Canelo ditched his belt to avoid ...you know who.

While we are all getting a bit ahead of ourselves, if either Rosado or Monroe get a shot at Canelo, i will be watching and YOU too, yes YOU will also be watching as well.

Give Rosado or Monroe a good 6 weeks to prepare in a proper camp i believe they will exceed expectation.

Let them get a piece of the pie as well.
