  • FACT or FICTION: Those who obsess over GGG not moving up in weight...

....Are just hoping that he gets knocked out by a much bigger fighter than him at 168. Is there truth to this statement?

These anti-3G tards who are always bitching and moaning about him needing to move up in weight have to constantly be reminded that the money fights are right where he's at, 160.

There's Canelo, Jacobs, Saunders, Eubank Jr....and so on.

    Who is there at 168?

    The truth is out.

I love Golovkin's style, I'm not a die hard but he's an alright guy, I still want him to be truly great and move up since clearly no one stands chance other than Jacobs at 160, DeGale VS Golovkin would be amazing, Ramirez VS Golovkin, Ward VS Golovkin, Kovalev VS Golovkin, Stevenson VS Golovkin

I want to see him go up to 168 because he'll be able to kick ass and build a legit legacy. No one currently at 168 is knocking him out. Hardcore fans don't seem to have the same faith in Golovkin that I do.

To be honest i wanted him to move up some time ago, why? because he was struggling to get fights according to his team and he has no real competition at 160 IMO, he beats everyone there on his C- game, but if he want to stay there and wait for up and comers/titleholders like BJS or Eubank then cool.

I doubt anyone at 168 is knocking him out but I'm sure he wants all 4mw belts and that defense record. Canelo scalp also but if he's determined to keep ducking nothing he can do about it, move up

Cuz his resume sucks and he fights no hopers and MWs? Souns like a legit reason to me.

On topic, I'm not sure when it became a crime to expect a world class boxer to challenge himself. Boxing fans are a weird bunch.

There are some GGG haters but most regular fans want to see him move up because he has no competition at 160lbs. That and his camp (Abel) consistently claiming he can beat anyone from 154-175.......
