People actually think Billy Joe is piss poor competition. You need to get your heads re examined. BJS & Eubank jr are both elite Middleweights. Beating either of them will surpass any victory in his career.

I think one thing some people are forgetting in some of these posts is, it means something to him to get four belts, it meant a something for him to defend his titles x amount of time. Fans get like it or dislike it. But the accomplishment belongs to the fighter who did it. If that's his goal, that's his goal. It's a boxer's life on the line. That's what the guy wants because it's meaningful to him not to critics. Way too much fan criticism in this sport. This isn't football or baseball. 5 titles regardless of your opposition is not seen often and to defend it repeatedly that many times and by knock out at than regardless of your opposition is not something you will see again in the sport for some time

I think its just because of the belt, personally i would rather see GGG v Jacobs now in the USA, BJS can fight Eubank in a rematch in England and the winners of both fights face off for all the belts in Las vegas.

As much as I think GGG's "unification quest" is a complete crock of ****. A crock that he's used to delay moving up. And to be able to feast on a bad division without much criticism. I hope like hell that BJS is the next opponent. Because even though BJS is a total bum and waste of time. At least the unification excuse will be gone. Of course then they'll have a "verbal agreement" to fight Canelo two years down the road which forces him to stay at 60. And Hopkins defense record will be something that his lil c.ock licks would eat that up and swear its an accomplishment worthy of replacing the Statue of Liberty with a statue of GGG. I dont want Gennady to get Saunders title YET for one simple reason. Once we get all the titles, Canelo will be like "hey no reason for you to stay at 160 go up or Im staying down here lel". And I want Gennady to roam around 160 until Canelo just seems forced to take the fight, like he is still there, no other option. We need to stay at 160. Once we destroy Canelo, we go straight to 175 after Kovalev.

Yes, it's possible for periods of the fight to look sloppy . But the instinct to close the show kicked in.
