I didn't read the full article (too long, plus it only seemed relevant to UK subscribers) but Fury always is playing mind games with his opponents, not sure what you even mean by this.

In a nutshell, the article says Fury couldn't make it to the press conference because his car broke down on M6(I believe it is UK's version Interstate/Expressway) & his phone battery died so cannot be reached..

Let's face it, even if Fury chose to not attend the press conference would you think Wlad would think any less of a threat than he is? Hell no..

So before you claim its mind games think who is he really fooling? The answer is himself..
