Also while they were criticizing Mayweather since he has been a cahs cow, they forgot to mention he won lineal titles at 147 and 154, unified at both divisions, and ended his career defeating over a dozen former champions in a row.....Also many of them being top 5 in the division
GGG gets criticized because he gets the hype of an accomplished fighter, but look at his resume. Many fighters have taken far more risks and are more accomplished....especially fighters his fans don't like for instance like Canelo, Ward, Mayweather etc.
they are big hypocrites... biter former Pac fanatics

Quillin: "wow GGG should step up and fight Ward"(even though Ward is at 175 now)
Everyone else: "...you're in his division. Why don't you fight GGG?"
Quillin: "man I deserve $3 million to fight GGG even though I draw nothing, couldn't beat Andy Lee, and got KTFO in one round by Jacobs"

he got plenty of Credit and at that point the demand for mayweather vs Pac was at its highest...Manny was taking out Floyd's left overs in impressive fashion. HBO and Ring was hyping him to the heavens....some even were saying he may be the greatest of all time (ESPN and people from other outlets) the hype was real for many from 2008-2011
it was the most devastating one punch kayo of his career
When Mayweather knocked out Corrales it was " he was weight drained doe, he had legal issues, he had distractions"
Mayweather knew he was going to jail prior to fighting Cotto, no one made any excuses for him or his performance
Also Diego was out of the game 2 years, and came back to win a title at 130 and have a few fights there so that weight drained excuse is Lame. If he was weight drained, he would have never went back to 130
dont get me started with cotto, weight drain (even tho he was only 1lb off from his previous fight, in which he won), clottey was a fixed fight to make pac look good because clottey wasnt throwing any punches (as if he was known to throw a lot of punches), margarito was a cherry pick fight for manny even tho marg was 20lbs heavier, the list goes on!!!

I feel sorry for his next opponent because while yes GGG has his flaws and he is beatable it is still going to take a very good fighter to beat GGG and I still don't think anybody currently at 160 is good enough
So this Celebration of GGG "Getting Exposed" is a bit silly. GGG might have gotten what he wanted and that is for guys to step up and be willing to fight him, well now they're all barking now so we shall see next fight if GGG really "Got Exposed" or did he indeed purposely show vulnerability to get others to fight him
While we talk about his flaws, I seen a SCARY extra gear from GGG in which he turned up the pressure and started picking Brook Apart but that is not being talked about
Look I know GGG have some extremely annoying fans but I'm very fair, I don't do the Bias BS like most on this forum. I think might have purposely baited some people to come and fight him vs Brook on top of Brook showing that yes he is human, he is not invincible and he does have many flaws especially defensively
Still have him destroy Jacobs and Billy Joe if they fight him but with the right gameplan yes they do have a chance! Chris Eubank Jr could be the one to get him though, I feel he has the talent and size to match up BUT he has only fought Billy Joe and he lost that match so Eubank need to step up again maybe try to fight for a belt before fighting GGGLast edited by sicko; 09-12-2016, 12:05 PM.

did you even read my post
Ricky hatton was a career 140.....Floyd started at 130 and only had 6-7 fights over 135 before they fought at 147
Also Hatton was a title at 147 and fought there before Floyd did....Also fought in a higher weight in the amatuers and they are around the same age
Hatton was the naturally bigger guy and anyone who thinks otherwise is simply ignorant
when Money was at 135, he was 138 on fight night so how can he be "bigger" than Hatton? He was taller and had the longer reach but he wasn't as dense or built as solidly as Hatton
Also that "brothers" crap is lame considering many of Floyd's biggest fans aren't even black and one of his biggest fan bases are Mexicans.
Lets be real....Manny didn't receive half the criticism Mayweather did....Manny was the media darling and the most beloved fighter in the world in the last 20 years whereas Mayweather was the most disliked.
Margo was a cherry pick.....he got splattered by Mosley, had a long lay off, looked like crap before they fought and neither guy was ranked at 154 to even be fighting for a vacant title....that fight was put together by Top Rank so many could "make history"....would have been nice if he earned the title vs a top 10 154er like Mayweather won all his titles vs world rated opposition....facts
keep it 100

nor do I get excited over watching pre-determined cherry picks and mismatches.
