Post one pic of an official fight night weight where Canelo is listed as @180.

Just want solid proof and facts, or you might get Owned.

Brook would be diving into some deep waters at 154. The Charlo brothers, Julian, Canelo, Lara and Boo boo. Actually, i'm not sure that Boo boo isn't the best fighter at 154.

And Brook basically retired 2 of them. These aren't bums. They aren't well known to the casual fan, but that's on them, and maybe on you. Your lack of knowledge of these fighters doesn't reflect on their abilities in the ring.

And, again, like I said, Brook isn't saying he's 'the guy' at JMW, he's saying he wants a shot... as most top fights do. And I hope he gets one. And so should you, if you're really a true boxing fan. Because Brook has a bunch of talent, and any fight he's in at this stage will be intriguing. When it happens... that will just go under the moniker of biz-as-usual with scheduling.
I think Brook does have talent, and he can prove it by fighting Andrade, Tony Harrison, Cotto, or Lara, but he should not be in anyone's conversation when were talking about Canelo! Canelo vs. Brook would be disrespect to the sport, of the highest magnitude! That's just my opinion!

Brook said he wants big fights now, which means paydays too obviously.

I don't really see where he will find them at 154. Maybe Canelo if he stays around there, or a domestic fight with Liam Smith if he did well v Canelo but that's almost impossible to make as he's a Warren fighter and fights on BoxNation.

There's a lot of great fights for him and for boxing fans at 154, but they're not exactly huge event kind of fights that he seems to be looking for.

I think he needs to be realistic though. Just because you had a PPV event and lost to Golovkin doesn't make you a PPV star or allow you to walk into big fights easily. If he's moving to 154, then he has to establish himself there the right way by winning good fights.

How would it be disrespect? Do you mean Brook not worthy or Canelo? Or the reverse? Or something else? Just asking.

And how do you think Brook/Lara would go?

Brook would beat Canelo, AND EASILY lol. Canelo fights like a bish shelled up, not willing to take risks, cautious... Gennady is a straight up animal. Brook batters Canelo and stops him within 8.

Not to mention Cotto might fight there if he fights again. Vanes is another pretty good fighter in the division. Even Liam Smith might prove he belongs in the mix in the division next week if he gives a good showing, who knows. That french guy too that knocked out Glen Tapia, i can't remember his name. He doesn't look that good but looks like he could be dangerous on his night.

It's a stacked division. A lot of great fights to be made if politics don't get in the way as usual.
