but youre right. a guy can get stopped even at their best weight. and im not mocking his attempt. brook is no bum and he lust might be able to beat cotto at this stage of cottos career. huge ''might''. if im brooks advisor, id tell him to keep ''killing'' himself at ww because its his best fighting weight and theres many cash fights available.
Sure lots of big fights available, and he should go after some of them now, but at some point the body loses strength staying at WW and he'll have to move up. And I don't know how easy it will be to know exactly when is the cutoff. Nothing worse for these fighters, than to be doing the ring walk and realize there's no strength/endurance left to fight with.

very true. even worse is when a body must move up but the talent doesnt follow. or should i say the results. brook is quality even if his resume isnt. hes made a name for himself so now its time for him to seize it. but not by being careless. unless he truly cant make ww again, he should stay there and rack up. i just dont see him having the same success above ww.

Could be right. Will be interesting if JMW works out for him. Time will tell.

I thought it was pre-mature to stop the fight and they stopped it in my opinion to save Brook from further embarrassment rather than from punishment. One thing for sure, I am not watching any Brook fight in the future, not a fan of teams that talks too much with weak heart.
